I ship via UPS for both Continental U.S. and international. LOCAL PURCHASES - Pickup may be arranged to avoid shipping charges. TRACKING ~ Your painting’s tracking information is sent via email as soon as your painting is shipped. PACKING & INSURANCE ~ In addition to following the strictest guidelines on packaging artwork for shipping, all paintings are backed by UPS’s Pack & Ship Guarantee. Shipping insurance is included. FREIGHT SHIPPING – For any painting larger than 36 x 36”, the collector pays for freight shipping and packaging. My freight paintings are professionally crated using special art boxes or wooden crates. I am happy to answer any additional freight related questions. Please contact me through the CONTACT page. SIGNATURE REQUIRED ~ All paintings valued at or above $499.00 require a signature upon arrival for your added protection. If you would like me to add or remove signature required, kindly leave a message when checking out. PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED ~ A contact number is required when checking out in the very rare occasion UPS has an issue when delivering your artwork. Rest assured your phone number will never be used for any other purpose besides delivering your items. IF YOUR PAINTING IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ~ If you receive a damaged painting the damaged box must be saved so I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. If the box appears damaged, please take a photo before opening. If the painting is damaged, photos will also need to be taken so that I can file the claim. All of my paintings are fully insured. Full refunds are given if a painting is damaged during shipping.

All paintings on panel and paintings on paper 9" x 12" or larger come with a printed and signed Certificate of Authenticity.

NON-COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS ~ If you do not love your painting, you may return it to me for a refund or exchange it for a store credit. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your painting for your return confirmation. Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to me fully insured with a tracking number. Paintings must be returned in the same condition as it arrived to you in. COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS ~ There are no returns on commissioned paintings. I am committed to creating a painting that you love and will work with you until you are satisfied.

TIME FRAME ~ Please CONTACT me for an estimated time frame for a commissioned painting. Considerations would be the size of the painting, and whether there are other commissions in the queue. STATUS ~ I am in contact with you during the painting process with updates. Once a painting is finished a final photo is sent to you for approval. Once approved and the painting is dry, I will send you the tracking information on your painting.

The artist reserves all rights including any and all publishing and reproduction rights. The image is not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated, or misappropriated in any way.
