Symbiosis develops from a need to be attached, which is human nature. But the pitfall exists when one is so reliant on the other that they depend on them for survival.

This painting explores the thinking and acting upon an identity that may have been given over time. There is risk in playing a role that is expected of you and somewhere, somehow, who you really are and your true values may have got lost. It has never been more difficult to answer that simple question: who am I?
