I love vintage maps. This oil and cold wax painting incorporates a section of a copy of a vintage map of Scranton, PA. The colors I chose are suggestive of Scranton's coal mining and "Electric City" history. This piece comes in two panels that are meant to be hung together.
This painting was shown in the AFA - Scranton Members Show, June 4 - June 26, 2021.
This piece is unframed but is wired for hanging.
